It’s $7,500 and it has to be repaid. No, it’s $8,000 and it doesn’t. But it only applies to first time buyers, but what is a first time buyer. WOW! As with many things that gets created on a federal level, there is a lot of confusion surrounding the new credit for home buyers and exactly how it works.
