President signs tax credit and expansion!

On votes of 98- 0 and 403 - 12, the Senate and House have respectively passed legislation that includes an extension and expansion of the homebuyer tax credit

First time buyer tax credit to be expanded, in final discussions in congress right now…

The Senate is expected to approve the entire package before the end of this week and immediately send it to the House, opening up the possibility that it will reach the White House for the President’s signature in a matter of days.
